This residency is taking place in summer 2011 and will be curated by Johan Berglund.
We have invited students from the Bartlett School of Architecture (London, UK) to participate in an architectural project to build two sustainable mini houses for Floda31. These mini-houses need to be able to house our residents. The mini-houses need to have a sleeping space, kitchen, bathroom and a work space, all with a footprint of 15m² or less. The mini-houses need to be able to withstand the harsh climate of North Sweden, and, of course, be sustainable.
